  • Hybrid PPC support: assist Google Ads/Search/Display campaigns and ensure alignment with paid social for full-funnel efficiency
  • Analyze performance data, report KPIs and business impact, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to improve ads, landing pages, and tracking

Position Summary

As a Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Ads), you will develop and lead high-impact paid media strategies, with a strong focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) while supporting a hybrid Google Ads approach.

You own the performance of your portfolio end-to-end—from strategy and execution to optimization and scaling. You translate client goals into data-driven campaigns, continuously test and iterate, and collaborate cross-functionally to maximize results.

You play a key role in driving measurable growth, improving efficiency, and uncovering new opportunities across the funnel. Your ability to combine analytical thinking with creative insights will directly impact client retention and business success

Responsibilities

#1 Paid Social Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
-Lead end-to-end strategy & execution for Meta Ads campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, scaling).
-Build full-funnel strategies aligned with client goals (lead generation, eCommerce, traffic, etc.).
-Translate business objectives into high-performing campaign structures and audience strategies.

#2 Performance Optimization & Scaling
-Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
-Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
-Identify scaling opportunities and budget reallocation strategies.
-Leverage data to uncover trends and proactively adjust strategy.

#3 Hybrid PPC Support (Secondary Focus)
-Support campaign strategy and execution across Google Ads/Search/Display when needed.
-Ensure alignment between paid social and paid search efforts for full-funnel efficiency.
Apply cross-channel learnings to improve overall account performance.

#4 Data, Insights & Reporting
-Analyze performance data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
-Report on KPIs and performance trends with a focus on business impact.
-Identify opportunities for CRO and funnel improvements.

#5 Cross-Functional Collaboration
-Partner with creative teams to guide ad creative direction based on performance insights.
-Provide performance-driven feedback to improve creatives, landing pages, and tracking accuracy.
-Contribute to internal initiatives that improve processes, efficiency, and performance standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

-Written English Level: Advanced (C1-C2)
-Spoken English Level: Advanced (C1-C2)
-Education: Graduated in Marketing, Business, or a similar field
-Experience:
   *3+ years managing paid social campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
   *Proven experience scaling campaigns with measurable ROI
   *Hands-on experience with Google Ads or other PPC platforms
   *Experience managing multiple accounts or clients simultaneously

Know How & Certifications

-Meta Ads Manager. Meta Certified(or equivalent)
-Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Measurement)
-Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and performance reporting
