Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience developing on Salesforce Service Cloud (Sales Cloud experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components
  • Administration of Salesforce objects, fields, validations, and security model
  • Experience with Salesforce Flows for process automation and familiarity with Git, Copado, Gearset or similar DevOps tools

Requirements:

  • Develop on Salesforce Service Cloud, with Sales Cloud experience considered a plus
  • Build and maintain custom functionality using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components
  • Administer and secure Salesforce data model: objects, fields, validations, and security
  • Design and optimize business processes with Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen) and implement automation using DevOps tools (Git, Copado, Gearset or similar)
