Requirements:

  • Coordinate corporate and commercial legal matters in partnership with In-House Counsel; support the execution of company documents and assist with preparation, review, and revision of commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements); assist with pre-litigation demand letters as directed
  • Manage the full contract lifecycle by maintaining templates, version control, and initial redline tracking; track key terms, obligations, and renewal dates; improve trackers, workflows, and intake processes to increase visibility and efficiency
  • Assist with corporate governance and administration, including entity filings, maintenance of records and minute books; support due diligence and third-party questionnaires; maintain organized corporate documents
  • Support privacy, compliance, and risk management by responding to DSARs, coordinating disputes or regulatory inquiries, and administering the Company's Records Retention Policy

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

NP Digital is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Operations Specialist to support our in-house Legal team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. This role is the central point of coordination for legal workflows across the organization, partnering closely with In-House Counsel and cross-functional stakeholders to support contracts, legal requests, and operational processes.

You will help intake, organize, and track legal matters; support contract lifecycle management; assist with corporate and diligence requests; and contribute to building efficient, scalable legal systems and processes. ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

Corporate & Commercial Legal Support

  • Coordinate corporate legal matters in partnership with In-House Counsel, including domestic and international matters as needed.
  • Support the execution of company documents in accordance with internal policies, approval frameworks, and governance procedures.
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and revision of commercial agreements, including but not limited to powers of attorney, board resolutions, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Support demand letters and other pre-litigation matters, as directed by In-House Counsel.

Contract Lifecycle & Legal Operations

  • Support the full contract lifecycle by managing templates, version control, and initial redline tracking to ensure timely turnaround for internal stakeholders.
  • Track key contract terms, obligations, and renewal dates to support compliance and business operations.
  • Manage and continuously improve legal trackers, workflows, and intake processes to increase visibility, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline legal workflows, documentation, and processes to support a growing, global organization.

Corporate Administration & Governance

  • Assist with corporate administration, including coordination of entity filings, registrations, and the maintenance of corporate records and minute books.
  • Support due diligence requests by gathering, organizing, and preparing documentation for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with third-party diligence questionnaires and other compliance-related information requests.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of corporate documents, agreements, and supporting materials.

Privacy, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Assist with responding to and tracking data subject access requests (DSARs) and other privacy-related inquiries in coordination with Privacy and Legal teams.
  • Support document collection and coordination for disputes or regulatory inquiries, including legal holds and e‑discovery processes.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of the Company’s global Records Retention Policy.
  • Proactively identify and escalate potential legal, compliance, or operational risks to In-House Counsel.

General Support

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, People, Operations, and other business teams to support legal and compliance needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of Legal and business objectives

ABOUT YOU

  • 2–5+ years of experience in legal operations, paralegal, contracts, or legal support roles (in-house experience preferred)
  • Experience supporting contract management, legal workflows, and/or corporate administrative functions
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification preferred; equivalent practical experience may be considered
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable supporting fast-paced sales and marketing teams while maintaining appropriate legal and compliance guardrails
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience assisting with review and drafting of corporate and commercial documents
  • Basic understanding of intellectual property concepts
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with business stakeholders and external contacts
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to use sound judgment with sensitive or ambiguous matters
  • Ability to handle privileged, confidential, and sensitive information professionally and appropriately
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint)

ABOUT THE COMPENSATION

  • Base Salary: USD $70,000.00 to $80,000.00; depending on experience and skills
  • Discretionary annual bonus: Up to 10% of annual salary
