Requirements:

  • Support monthly reporting and budgeting/forecasting processes; coordinate with SFBA and Accounting to ensure timelines are respected and presentations are updated
  • Assist FPA Business Partners in updating monthly reports and presentations; maintain master data used in financial reporting
  • Develop modelling skills to maintain Pigment applications and create new use cases
  • Act as FPA Business Partner for selected GA cost centers; produce ad hoc financial analyses and manage investor reporting

Your Mission
 
We are looking for a FP&A Junior Analyst to join the Strategic Finance & Business Analytics (SFBA) team at BlaBlaCar, whose mission is to structure, analyze, forecast and monitor BlaBlaCar’s activity and financial results. 
Reporting to the FP&A & Reporting System Manager, in a multicultural team of 11, your role will be to support the team managing all reporting and forecasting processes (monthly reports, budget, landings, master data management), to build strong modelling skills in Pigment (our EPM) and to act as a FP&A business partner for specific cost centers.
 
Your responsibilities 
 
• Support the monthly reporting process, acting as a coordinator within SFBA and with Accounting teams to ensure reporting timelines are respected and presentations updated in a timely manner
• Support the budget and forecasting processes, ensuring supporting files and presentations are prepared and updated in a timely manner
• Support each FP&A Business Partner, especially in the update of monthly reports and presentations 
• Develop modelling skills to be able to maintain applications in Pigment and develop new use cases
• Be the FP&A Business Partner of some G&A cost centers
• Manage Master Data used in our Financial Reporting
• Manage Investor ReportingProduce ad hoc financial analysis
 
Your qualifications 
 
• You have recently graduated from a business or engineering school with a specialization and/or experiences in corporate finance or consulting
• You have an analytical mindset, and a data-oriented profile
• You are proficient in financial modeling and you master Excel/GSheet
• You are interested in data visualization
• You are eager to understand financial processes to collect and analyze data
• You are interested in automation
• Full working proficiency in English 
• Nice to have: experience in a Tech company, experience with a reporting tool (Pigment, TM1, Anaplan…), BI tool (Power BI, Tableau), no-code (Airtable, Make,...)
