Job description

At Koala Health, we have our eyes set on an ambitious goal: to make managing your pet’s health simple and delightful. We’ve already launched our pharmacy service that allows people to shop for their pets’ medications and supplements online and get them delivered to their doorstep in presorted medication pouches. Now we’re focused on continuing to improve that experience while building a suite of new products and services that will make the pet health experience even better. 
 
We are looking for a Veterinarian Sales Representative, Clinic Groups to manage our growing B2B channel. In this role, you will work closely with veterinary practices to enable and improve their home delivery pharmacy solution, with a focus on supporting larger accounts, including groups with multiple veterinary clinics.
 
This is a hands-on sales role where relationship-building and account growth are key. Experience managing larger, multi-location accounts is important for success in this role. You will work cross-functionally with our Product, Customer Service, and Leadership teams to deliver the best pet health experience for all.

What you'll do:
  • Manage the sales cycle with veterinary practices, including larger, multi-location accounts, from lead generation and cold-call outreach to demo, clinic close, and onboarding

  • Remain current on industry trends and the evolving needs of the animal health and veterinary communities
  • Provide a best-in-class experience for prospects and partners through proactive communication, consistent follow-up, and strong follow-through

  • What you'll need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelors Degree preferred
  • 4+ years of sales experience or B2B sales experience, preferably in the Animal Health Industry
  • At least 1 year of experience managing larger, multi-location accounts
  • Experience working in Veterinary/Pet care strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Animal lover - Not required, but definitely a plus!
