Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Senior Data Integration Engineer to design, develop, and operate enterprise-grade data integration solutions across source systems, data platforms, and downstream consumers. The role requires strong expertise in modern integration tooling and ETL/ELT design, with the ability to deliver high-quality, auditable, and performant pipelines supporting operational and analytical use cases.

Solution Design & Development

Design and develop complex ETL/ELT and integration workflows using:

Informatica (PowerCenter / IICS / IDMC), Talend, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or similar enterprise tools

           API-led, event-driven, and file-based integration patterns

Translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable integration designs

Build reusable mappings, transformations, frameworks, and integration templates

Performance & Optimization

Optimize integration jobs for large data volumes and tight batch / near-real-time windows

Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across source, integration, and target layers

Design for resilience, retry, and idempotency

Data Quality & Integrity

Implement data validation, reconciliation, and exception-handling logic

Ensure consistency between source and target systems

Support data quality rule implementation and remediation

Production Support & Governance

Provide L3 support for critical incidents and batch failures; perform root cause analysis and permanent fixes
