Senior Landscape Architect (WFH)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Landscape Architect with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience to join our team. This is a fully remote position suited for a self-motivated expert who can manage complex landscape projects from conceptual design through to construction documentation without the need for constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop landscape design concepts and detailed plans
• Prepare drawings, presentations, and documentation
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams
• Review project requirements and ensure design compliance
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Produce high-quality conceptual presentations, master plans, and detailed planting schemes.
• Prepare comprehensive construction documentation packages and technical specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams (Architects, Civil Engineers, and MEP) to ensure site integration.
• Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables meet international standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Landscape Architect
• Strong portfolio showcasing landscape design projects
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, etc.)
• Solid understanding of site planning, planting design, and materials
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
