Roles & Responsibilities

  • Licensed to practice law in the state you apply to (New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, or Washington, D.C.)
  • Must bring at least $350,000 of profitable book of business to the firm
  • Experience as a litigation partner with a proven ability to handle complex matters and provide strategic guidance to corporate clients
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills with ability to contribute to a high-growth, collaborative firm culture

Requirements:

  • Lead and manage the firm's litigation practice, handling high-stakes matters for corporate clients
  • Generate and contribute at least $350K of profitability to the firm through existing and new client relationships
  • Collaborate with colleagues on business development, strategy, and cross-department initiatives to support growth
  • Mentor junior attorneys and provide strategic legal counsel to clients to achieve favorable outcomes

Job description

SEEKING: Experienced Litigation Law Partner

SALARY $400K - $850K

Yearly bonus offered potentially equating to $1M annually 

Must be able to contribute at least $350K of profitable business to the firm
