Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manhattan SCALE WMS Consultant (Mid-Senior Level) with strong SQL expertise to support WMS implementations, system enhancements, and operational optimization initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Manhattan SCALE who can work across configuration, data analysis, and support activities, while collaborating closely with senior consultants and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
WMS Implementation & Support
- Support Manhattan SCALE WMS implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment activities
- Participate in design workshops and assist in translating business requirements into system configurations
- Assist in multi-site rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements
SQL & Data Analysis
- Write and optimize SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and operational insights
- Work with PL/SQL and reporting tools (SSRS or similar) to generate reports and dashboards
- Analyze system and operational data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Operations & Process Support
- Support warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory processes
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements and workflow optimizations
- Help maintain system accuracy and data integrity
Integration & Technical Support
- Support integrations with ERP, TMS, and warehouse automation systems (MHE)
- Assist in troubleshooting system and integration issues
- Work with senior team members to resolve complex technical challenges
Testing & User Support
- Participate in UAT, system testing, and validation activities
- Support end-user training and post-go-live stabilization
- Provide ongoing support to warehouse and operations teams
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Manhattan SCALE WMS implementation or support
- Strong working knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL and reporting tools (SSRS or similar)
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, inventory)
- Experience supporting system integrations and data flows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to end-to-end WMS implementations or site rollouts
- Experience working in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments
- Familiarity with automation/MHE integrations
- Ability to work in client-facing or cross-functional roles

- Contribute to configuration changes, testing cycles, and reporting enhancements
- Independently handle basic SQL queries and data analysis tasks
- Actively support warehouse operations and troubleshooting efforts
90 Days
- Take ownership of specific modules or workstreams within SCALE
- Deliver improvements in reporting, data accuracy, or process efficiency
- Become a reliable contributor to implementation and support activities
