We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

This is a remote role with 1-2 office days per month in our Slough office.

What you’ll do:

You will be responsible for driving profitable growth through distributor and partner relationships, using structured portfolio planning, value‑based selling, and disciplined pipeline management. The role requires a strong commercial mindset, excellent time management, and a customer‑focused approach.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain portfolio, territory, and account action plans based on market analysis and customer segmentation
  • Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and demand planning to ensure high forecast accuracy
  • Drive lead generation, qualification, and prospect nurturing across assigned channels and territories
  • Plan and execute call cycles, customer engagements, and outbound sales activities
  • Apply value‑based selling to uncover customer needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Manage opportunities from initial contact through deal closure and post‑sale follow‑up
  • Track and advance deals through CRM with disciplined pipeline and risk management
  • Lead partner engagement, including Partner Advantage Program performance and growth initiatives
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) adoption by defining targets and driving market uptake
  • Collaborate with customer service and internal teams to manage quality processes, complaints, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B channel sales, account management, or partner sales
  • Industry experience in the electrical, IT, data centre, or industrial technology sectors preferred
  • Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and close opportunities through partners
