  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and niche technical roles across global technology teams, partnering directly with hiring managers to launch requisitions, calibrate role requirements, assess candidate fit, and guide hiring decisions.
  • Build targeted sourcing strategies for priority markets, including EMEA and APAC, with emphasis on Poland, broader Europe, and India.
  • Assess technical candidates beyond keyword matching, identifying strengths, gaps, and alignment before hiring manager review.
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation, pipeline visibility, and stakeholder updates; contribute to TA team enablement with technical recruiting knowledge, sourcing practices, and market insights.

JOB SUMMARY

Avid is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner II to support global hiring across Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Technology. This role is ideal for a recruiter who brings strong technical recruiting depth, direct hiring manager partnership, and the ability to navigate complex talent markets across EMEA and APAC.

Work Schedule: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM Philippine Time, Monday–Friday
This schedule supports partnership with global hiring teams and candidates across multiple regions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex and niche technical roles across global technology teams
  • Partner directly with hiring managers to launch requisitions, calibrate role requirements, assess candidate fit, and guide hiring decisions
  • Build targeted sourcing strategies for priority markets, including EMEA and APAC, with emphasis on Poland, broader Europe, and India
  • Assess technical candidates beyond keyword matching, identifying strengths, gaps, and alignment before hiring manager review
  • Provide market insight on talent availability, location strategy, compensation realities, and onsite/remote expectations
  • Influence hiring plans when requirements, location constraints, or compensation ranges may limit candidate flow
  • Maintain accurate candidate documentation, pipeline visibility, and stakeholder updates
  • Contribute to TA team enablement by sharing technical recruiting knowledge, sourcing practices, and market insights

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 4–6 years of recruiting experience, including meaningful technical recruiting experience
  • Experience recruiting for software engineering, cloud/DevOps, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, QA automation, product, enterprise systems, or similar technical functions
  • Direct hiring manager partnership experience, ideally in an internal or embedded TA model
  • Strong preference for experience recruiting technical talent across EMEA and APAC markets, especially Europe/Poland and India
  • Ability to evaluate technical candidate alignment and communicate strengths/gaps clearly to hiring managers
  • Comfort advising hiring managers on difficult search conditions, including market availability, location constraints, onsite expectations, and compensation competitiveness
  • Strong sourcing instincts and ability to build direct pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
  • Clear documentation habits and strong follow-through across the recruiting lifecycle

HOW THIS ROLE OPERATES

This is a business-embedded Talent Acquisition role with direct hiring manager partnership and end-to-end requisition ownership. The person in this role will be expected to lead intake conversations, calibrate role requirements, assess candidate alignment, provide stakeholder updates, and carry meaningful accountability for hiring outcomes. This role is not limited to sourcing or candidate submission; it requires active partnership with hiring teams throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
