Roles & Responsibilities

  • Active full-time student with active enrollment (preferably in IT or information systems).
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
  • German language proficiency at B2 level for professional texts and emails.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requirements:

  • Delete MPLS network connections and manage logical changes via email and various software interfaces.
  • Perform administrative and documentation tasks and monitor processes.
  • Prepare reports, statistics, and presentations.
  • Support colleagues' activities and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Képzettség

  • Nappali tagozatos, aktív hallgatói jogviszony, (előny informatikai karon vagy gazdinfo karon folytatott tanulmány)
  • Legalább heti 20 óra munkavégzés
  • Német nyelvtudás: szakmai jellegű szövegek értelmezése, emailek kezelése (B2 szint)
  • Microsoft Office profi ismerete: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Hatékony időbeosztás (rugalmas)
  • Pontos, precíz munkavégzés
  • Csapatjátékos attitűd
  • Monotonitástűrő képesség
