About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Applications Developer to design, build, and scale automation systems, dashboards, and business applications using the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
This is a hands-on, technical role where you will:
- Build Power BI dashboards and analytics systems
- Automate workflows using Power Automate and Power Apps
- Develop integrations using Azure and APIs
- Improve operational efficiency through scalable solutions

What You’ll Do
Business Applications & Automation
- Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
- Build advanced Power Automate workflows for business processes
- Develop applications using:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Copilot Studio (AI agents)
- Implement Dataverse-based solutions
- Automate workflows across:
- Operations
- HR
- Internal systems
Integrations & Platform Development
- Develop integrations using:
- Azure Functions
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- Custom connectors
- Build Microsoft Teams applications:
- Bots
- Adaptive cards
- Notifications
- Integrate internal tools with third-party platforms
Collaboration & Documentation
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate into technical solutions
- Document:
- Workflows
- Data models
- Application logic
- Continuously improve systems based on feedback and usage
Security & Reliability
- Implement data governance and security best practices
- Ensure reliability through:
- Error handling
- Monitoring
- Performance optimization

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience with Microsoft technologies
- Strong expertise in:

- Power Automate (advanced workflows)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Azure services (including Azure Functions)
- Proficiency in:
- Strong understanding of:
- REST APIs
- Webhooks
- System integrations

- Advanced Power BI features:
- Row-level security
- Incremental refresh
- Embedded analytics
- Experience with:
- Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
