Appointment Setter (Lead Generation, CRM, Scheduling – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring an Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings and support sales pipeline growth.

In this role, you’ll engage prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn, qualify interest, and schedule meetings for sales representatives. Your goal is simple: keep the pipeline full with high-quality, sales-ready appointments.

Responsibilities

Lead Engagement

  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Qualify leads based on basic criteria (role, industry, need, budget alignment)
  • Confirm interest and readiness before scheduling meetings

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Schedule meetings using tools like Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, Google Calendar, or Outlook
  • Manage multiple time zones and ensure accurate bookings
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and handle rescheduling when needed

CRM & Data Management

  • Log all activity in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
  • Update lead statuses, notes, and appointment details
  • Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date records

Collaboration

  • Work with SDRs/BDRs and Account Executives to align on target prospects
  • Provide clear handoff notes with context on prospect needs
  • Share feedback to improve outreach and messaging

Performance Tracking

  • Track key metrics:
    • Calls made
    • Emails sent
    • Appointments booked
    • Show rates
  • Identify gaps (e.g., low show rates) and suggest improvements

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Familiarity with:
    • CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)
    • Scheduling tools (Calendly, Chili Piper, Google/Outlook calendars)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars and time zones
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remote during U.S. business hours

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting SDR/BDR teams in high-volume environments
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Apollo)
  • Experience in SaaS, marketing, or B2B services
  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (BANT, SPIN, Challenger)
