This role is centered on two core areas:

  1. Analyzing contracts to produce clear, structured summaries and reports
  2. Supporting the workflow of contract review and negotiation across matters

You will work closely with lawyers and internal teams to ensure contract-related work is organized, trackable, and executed efficiently. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with documents, data, and structured processes in a high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

Contract Analysis & Reporting

  • Prepare clear, structured summaries and reports for internal and client use
  • Organize and categorize contract data to support tracking and decision-making
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy across high-volume contract workflows

Contract Workflow & Coordination

  • Support the end-to-end workflow of contract review and negotiation
  • Track status, deadlines, and versions across multiple contracts and stakeholders
  • Coordinate inputs between lawyers and external providers
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression of contract-related tasks
  • Enhance the processes and data analysis capabilities through the utilization of artificial intelligence tools.

Supporting Operations

  • Assist with document organization and record management related to contracts
  • Contribute to improving clarity and efficiency in contract workflows over time

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently high-quality, accurate contract summaries and reports
  • Smooth, well-managed contract workflows with no breakdowns in tracking or communication
  • Improved turnaround times and operational clarity across matters
  • Strong reliability and ownership in a detail-driven environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Legal background (paralegal, legal operations, or similar)
  • 1–3+ years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on AI fluency β€” you have built and deployed workflows in a professional context
  • Experience reviewing contracts or working with legal documents
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in data, reporting, or structured workflows
  • Proficiency in Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables) or similar tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage process-driven work
  • Clear and professional written communication skills

Why Join Sterlington

  • Work on sophisticated, high-impact legal matters in a modern, agile firm
  • Gain exposure to legal operations, contract analysis, and workflow management
  • Operate in a remote-first, globally integrated team
