  • Good communication and teamwork to support the Finance Analyst and Assistant

Requirements:

  • Maintain cost center spreadsheets (supplies and team remuneration) and record payments with receipts
  • Process bill payments and ensure receipts are sent
  • Update the works/project control spreadsheet and assist in monthly closing reports
  • Verify costs against issued invoices and follow up on invoice issuance

O(a) Estagiário(a) atua nas demandas do setor, prestando suporte ao Analista e ao Assistente

  • Preenchimento da planilha de centro de custos (suprimentos + remuneração da equipe)
  • Inclusão de pagamentos e envio de comprovantes
  • Pagamento de boletos
  • Preenchimento da planilha de controle de obras
  • Preenchimento da planilha de emissão de notas fiscais - Follow up
  • Execução de relatórios de fechamento e acompanhamento de obras mensal
  • Verificação de custos x notas emitidas
