Full-Stack Engineer - AI/LLM Focus

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Engineer with AI/LLM experience who is eager to grow professionally within our dynamic and highly skilled software development team. In this role, you will contribute to building and evolving a platform focused on automating the software development lifecycle using advanced Large Language Models (LLMs).

You will be responsible for extending existing codebases while balancing feature development with bug resolution. This is a fast-paced environment where ownership and initiative are critical. You will be expected to take end-to-end responsibility for features and issues, ensuring they are properly tested, delivered, and deployed, while proactively identifying and communicating blockers.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.

• Strong experience with JavaScript and Next.js for frontend development.

• Strong backend experience with Python, ideally with frameworks such as FastAPI.

• Experience working with LLMs in development workflows, using tools such as Claude, Cursor, or similar.

• Ability to balance feature development and bug fixing in production environments.

• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage tasks end-to-end.

• Experience debugging and supporting deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.

• Strong communication skills, especially in identifying and escalating blockers.

• English communication skills – Minimum B2 level proficiency.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipeline design and optimization.

• Experience working in startup or fast-paced environments.

• Experience building or integrating AI-powered product features.
