Job description

This is a remote position.

Job Title: LinkedIn Content Specialist

Type: Fixed-term contract (3 months, with potential renewal)

Location: Remote, Nigeria-based

Compensation: ₦75,000/month + post-contract upgrade pathway

Reports to: Head of Operations

About the role

You will own Career Bridge Foundation's presence on LinkedIn end-to-end. This includes drafting and scheduling posts, growing the founder's personal LinkedIn brand, growing the Career Bridge company page, and building a content engine that consistently delivers thought-leadership content to a professional audience of career switchers, university partners, and prospective enterprise clients.

LinkedIn is our highest-priority platform for B2B credibility and partnership development. This role is for someone who genuinely understands how LinkedIn works as a thought-leadership platform, not just as a posting tool.

What you'll do

  • Draft 5+ LinkedIn posts per week across the founder's personal page and the Career Bridge company page
  • Develop a content engine: weekly themes, content series, and recurring formats that build audience expectation
  • Engage with the audience: respond to comments, build relationships in DMs, identify prospects worth connecting with
  • Repurpose founder ideas, podcast appearances, and long-form content into LinkedIn-native posts
  • Track and report weekly on impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, and lead generation
  • Coordinate with the Content Developer on raw material and with the founder on positioning

Requirements

  • 1+ years of LinkedIn content management — agency, in-house, or strong personal brand experience all count
  • A LinkedIn presence we can review (your own profile, with substantive posts and engagement)
  • Strong written English with a professional, conversational, thought-leadership voice
  • Demonstrated track record on LinkedIn: a profile or company page you have grown, a post that performed well, a campaign that drove leads
  • Self-directed and creative; can run a LinkedIn presence without daily oversight
  • Genuine interest in professional development, education, or B2B SaaS

Benefits

  • Paid contract experience running LinkedIn for a UK-registered CIC
  • Direct mentorship from the founder on positioning and voice
  • Career Bridge LinkedIn Content Specialist credential on completion
  • Real engagement metrics and case studies to add to your portfolio
  • Genuine pathway to a Head of LinkedIn or Brand Lead role for strong performers
