What you will do in this role

As a Inbound Sales Advisor, you will:

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Recommend the most suitable products based on usage, budget and preferences.
  • Promote complete solutions through upsell, cross-sell and accessory attach.
  • Explain product differences, compatibility and key benefits clearly.
  • Handle objections with confidence and guide customers toward purchase decisions.
  • Achieve KPIs including client satisfaction, attach and compliance.
  • Record customer interactions accurately in internal systems.
  • Keep up to date with product launches.
  • Deliver a premium brand experience in every interaction.

Your qualifications
