Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of progressive experience in treasury, corporate finance, or banking (experience in a complex, multi-entity environment preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cash management and debt instruments; advanced Excel skills; familiarity with treasury management systems and banking products (ACH, wire payments).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Provide customer service for Treasury to internal and external groups; coordinate with banks to obtain regularly requested information; perform account reconciliations and monitor electronic payment file processing.
  • Maintain and enhance treasury management systems (TMS) and banking platforms; identify opportunities to improve treasury processes, controls, and automation; assist with treasury-related audits and SOX compliance.
  • Administer bank system maintenance and setup; support treasury projects, issue tracking, and cross-functional analysis; create documents using Microsoft Office and communicate treasury processes by phone and e-mail.
  • Support streamlining treasury processes and procedures across the organization; organize and prioritize information and calls; ensure regular and reliable attendance.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Treasury Analyst supports the organization’s liquidity, funding, and financial risk management activities. This role is responsible for supporting cash forecasting, banking and treasury operations, debt compliance, and analysis that informs capital structure, liquidity strategy, and financial decision-making. The position works closely with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and external banking partners.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide customer service for Treasury from both internal and external groups
    • Work with various banks to obtain regularly requested information
    • Account Reconciliation
    • Work closely with Accounting, AP, & AR
    • Monitor electronic payment file processing
    • Support streamlining Treasury processes and procedures across the organization
    • Administer bank system maintenance and setup
    • Support Issue Tracking system
    • Communicate by phone and e-mail on Treasury processes
    • Assist in various Treasury projects and analysis
    • Organize and prioritize information and calls
    • Create documents using Microsoft Office applications
    • Special projects as needed
    • Regular and reliable attendance required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Technical Skills

    • Strong understanding of cash management, debt instruments, and treasury operations.
    • Advanced Excel skills; experience with treasury management systems a plus.
    • Knowledge of ACH, wire payments, and banking products.

Education/Experience:
