Key responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars, including recurring weekly, monthly, and annual meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor and track conference deadlines, speaking opportunities, and key industry events for the leadership team.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy through consistent data entry, cleaning, and database management.
  • Organize and manage a digital resource library using structured taxonomies for easy access and scalability.
  • Draft, edit, and send professional communications, including outreach and follow-up emails.
  • Support the creation and formatting of high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proactively track deadlines, action items, and follow-ups to ensure smooth operational flow and timely execution.

Candidate requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Assistant supporting US-based clients.
  • Native-level Spanish and fluent English (written and spoken).
