Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits

Job Summary

We are seeking an LMFT to provide remote mental health services to individuals, couples, and families in Connecticut. The role includes helping clients address relationship patterns, family concerns, anxiety, stress, grief, and life changes in a structured telehealth setting. You will use your clinical training to assess client needs, provide therapy that supports long-term growth, and help clients build practical tools they can use in everyday situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions
• Complete intake assessments and treatment planning
• Support clients with family, marriage, and emotional health concerns
• Track progress and adjust care plans when needed
• Keep clear and complete clinical records
• Follow state licensing and telehealth requirements

Requirements

• Active Connecticut LMFT license required
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
• Strong communication and documentation skills
