Job description

Position: TikTok Shop Operations Manager

Location: South Africa - Remote (Working US Hours - 10am-6pm EST)

Type: Full-Time

Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the TikTok Shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Monitor performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve sales, conversions, and customer experience
Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions independently
Coordinate product listings, inventory updates, and order management processes
Collaborate with marketing, content, and customer support teams to align on campaigns and promotions
Stay up to date with TikTok Shop trends, platform updates, and best practices
Develop and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Take ownership of new initiatives and test innovative ideas to drive growth

Requirements

Proven experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or a similar role
Strong independent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and implement new ideas
Experience managing complex workflows with minimal supervision
