Job Description
In this role, you will support the development, enhancement, and performance of our Home and Auto insurance products, helping ensure they deliver value to customers while supporting long-term profitability and growth. As a member of the Product team, you’ll work closely with experienced Product Specialists, analytics partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to move product initiatives forward and bring data-informed insights to the table.
You’ll have hands-on exposure to pricing considerations, performance metrics, and product improvements, with the opportunity to see the direct impact of your work on customers, brokers, and the business.
Accountabilities:
Support the execution of product initiatives from the roadmap, contributing to enhancements that improve customer experience, profitability, and long-term performance.
Analyze product performance data and assist in the creation of dashboards, reports, and insights that inform product decisions and KPIs.
Contribute to business cases by gathering data, identifying opportunities, and clearly articulating value and impact.
Partner with Product Specialists, analytics teams, business architects, and delivery partners to move initiatives forward on time and with clarity.
Take ownership of assigned product activities and less complex initiatives, ensuring follow-through and timely completion.
Support pricing and underwriting-related analysis by developing an understanding of product and pricing levers.
Communicate findings, risks, and progress clearly to stakeholders, raising questions early and proactively.
Continuously build product knowledge in Home and Auto insurance and apply learnings to improve outcomes
Provide support for countrywide process changes
Perform analyses and work that will support recommendations on product and process enhancement.
Qualifications:
Foundational experience or exposure to insurance, underwriting, product, or related analytical or business role.
Demonstrated ability to work with data and numbers, including building or interpreting reports, dashboards, or analyses (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down questions, identify options, and recommend next steps.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to share insights and ask for support when needed.
Organizational and time management strengths, with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.
A proactive mindset with a sense of ownership and curiosity to learn and grow in a product-focused role.
Proven ability to effectively network and communicate with different types and levels of staff both written and verbal

Compensation
Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 65,100.00 - 102,900.00 annually.
