  • Log detailed, reproducible bugs and track defects from initial logging through to resolution using tools like ClickUp. Validate fixes and perform re-testing to confirm issues are resolved.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA peers in an Agile/Scrum environment to review requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure product quality. Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

  • Proactively identify risks, edge cases, and opportunities for process improvement. Provide clear, timely feedback to development teams and contribute to QA documentation, including test plans and checklists.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance for web and mobile platforms.

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and core QA methodologies, including manual, regression, and risk-based testing.
