Job Description :We are seeking a collaborative, analytical Senior Compensation Analyst to join the Enlyte Compensation team. This role is responsible for the design, analysis, and administration of core compensation processes, structures, and systems. This fully proficient compensation professional will collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to deliver compensation solutions that support organizational objectives while enhancing internal consistency and external competitiveness.

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
