Description:

CTG is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale Disaster Recovery (DR) Exit and Infrastructure Transformation initiatives for our client. This role will drive complex enterprise projects involving DR strategy assessments, infrastructure relocation, re-platforming, decommissioning, and network enablement activities in support of business continuity and operational modernization efforts.

 

The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise infrastructure project leadership experience, exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, and proven success delivering complex transformation programs within scope, schedule, and budget.

Duration: 9 months

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise Disaster Recovery Exit and infrastructure transformation programs from initiation through delivery.
  • Manage discovery, assessment, and strategic planning efforts for DR exit initiatives and modernization activities.
  • Coordinate infrastructure relocation, migration, re-platforming, and decommissioning projects across multiple teams and environments.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, governance processes, risk mitigation strategies, and executive reporting.
  • Oversee DR relocation readiness activities including hardware enablement, network connectivity, VLANs, and data replication support.
  • Facilitate communication across technical teams, leadership, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor project financials, resource utilization, burn rates, and delivery milestones.
  • Lead status reporting, issue resolution, escalation management, and stakeholder presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of IT project management experience in enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Strong expertise in Disaster Recovery (DR), infrastructure transformation, migration, and modernization programs.
  • Experience managing relocation, re-platforming, or decommissioning initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts including VLANs, subnets, and connectivity planning.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent project governance, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field required, or equivalent experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $72.00 to $78.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
