Job description

About myTomorrows

myTomorrows is a global health tech company dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options.

We strive to enable earlier and better treatment access by bridging the gap between those searching for possible options, and the companies who develop them. We work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, trial sites, patient advocacy groups, and BioPharma – connecting key stakeholders in the drug development ecosystem.

We’ve developed a cutting-edge AI-powered technology platform that simplifies and streamlines access to drugs in development. To support our users and clients, we have a range of industry-expert specialized teams ready to help. Our services include clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management and Real-World Data collection.

With a global footprint spanning 134 countries, to date we’ve supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000 physicians and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, we closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel our global ambitions and scale the business.

Join us in shaping the future of treatment access - making tomorrow’s therapies accessible for people who need them today.

The role focuses on empowering patients by explaining complex medical concepts, assisting in navigating treatment options, and facilitating pre-screening for and referral to clinical trials. • Capture medical data in our internal platform.

  • Search global trial databases using our AI tool to identify relevant pre-approval options for patients.

  • Engage with patients to expand our Medical Community and create awareness about the myTomorrows platform.

  • Proactively identify trends and opportunities in our daily operations.

  • Achieve and maintain high patient satisfaction

  • Contribute to improving our patient recruitment and pre-screening processes and strategies

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or related fields, or higher

  • 3+ years of experience in patient navigation, clinical research, or healthcare communication roles.

  • Experience with patient care in a clinical setting, as well as knowledge of clinical trials and expanded access, is preferred.

  • Ability to explain complex medical information in simple terms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Fluency in one or more languages required (Korean, Mandarin and/or Cantonese ).

  • Patient-centric mindset, understanding and empathetic when working with patients.

  • Attention to detail and ability to record information and clinical data accurately.

  • Ability to build relationships of trust and manage confidential information and data appropriately

  • A team player who thrives in a multicultural, diverse environment.

Certifications:

  • Certifications in Good Clinical Practice or healthcare-related fields (e.g., Certified Patient Navigator) are a plus.

What success in the first 6 months looks like:

  • Handling 100-125 moderately complex patient cases per month independently, only escalating highly specialized inquiries.

  • Tracking patient progress and documenting all communications within the case management system for internal reporting.

  • Creating reports to be sent to patients with their options for pre-approval treatments.

  • Currently serving (or ready to) as the lead Patient Navigator on a client’s pre-screening and triaging program.

  • Proactively identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in our daily operations, participating in 1-2 active internal process change initiatives.
