Location: Hybrid in Malta or Remote from Europe

Your mission

  • Own the P&L & Market Strategy: Direct the commercial vision for Australia or New Zealand, taking full accountability for revenue generation, player growth, and overall contribution margins.

  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Act as the central operational hub, aligning global teams (CRM, Marketing, Product, VIP, Payments, Tech, Compliance) to flawlessly deliver initiatives tailored to the local market.

  • Champion Local Insights: Serve as the definitive "voice of the market," leveraging deep expertise in player behavior, culture, and competition to shape broader group strategies.

  • Drive Performance & Operational Readiness: Continuously analyze high-level KPIs to pivot commercial tactics, while ensuring end-to-end platform stability, optimized customer journeys, and strict regulatory compliance.
