Key Responsibilities Job Duties:

· Serve in customer service capacity to all internal and external sales and ordering inquiries

· Receive inbound customer sales orders and add them the sales database

· Review schedule and correspond with plant team to confirm operational availability

· Process daily and weekly customer invoices.

· Process invoice corrections for external and internal customers.

· Verify purchases and enter vendor data.

· Must be able to manage a high volume of inbound calls

· Work with sales, customers, and operations to resolve customer invoice issues.

· Work with sales team and customers to create customer quotes and orders.

· Coordinate the sales support activity between sales, billing, and scale clerks.

· Set-up new customers and maintain existing customer data.

· Provides customer with appropriate product and project documentation.

· Work with field operations team to improve customer service.

· Special projects as assigned including growing support in report writing functionality.

Other Requirement:

· Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times.

· Report to the assigned job site ready to begin work at the designated start time.

· Ability to remotely work from home when required.

· Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

· Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required.

· Must be willing to work rotational Saturdays when necessary.

· Overtime may be required during peak season.

Skills/Qualifications

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.

Education and Experience

Education or equal experience in database reporting with SQL helpful. Microsoft Office and/or accounting software experience preferred.
