As a Marketing Specialist - Events, you will support the planning and execution of Bluebeam’s global events program, including internal company events, third-party industry tradeshows, and our annual customer conference. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is excited to gain hands-on experience in event marketing and help bring live events, tradeshows, and customer experiences to life.
This role reports to the Director of Global Field Marketing & Events and provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience helping deliver impactful events across the North America region.
In this role, you will assist with event logistics, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and help ensure each event runs smoothly from pre-event planning through execution and post-event follow up. You will also support lead capture and post-event processes to help contribute to demand generation goals.
About the Role:
- Manage the event lead flow including the curation of pre-event attendee lists, post-event attendee list formatting, and managing lead uploads with marketing operations in a timely manner
- Monitor and analyze event marketing results, following up with the sales teams regularly and providing detailed reports on performance.
- Support team on initiating research and evaluation of event sponsorships
- Supports attendee registration, on-site event support, and post-event analysis, contributing to the overall success of marketing initiatives and events.
About You:
- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or related fields. Relevant internships or campus event experience are welcome.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, preferably with a background in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the ins and outs of event marketing. You enjoy managing logistics, coordinating moving pieces, and helping teams bring events to life. You thrive in fast-paced environments and take pride in staying organized while following through on tasks that support successful event experiences for customers and prospects.
- You are collaborative and proactive with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to build effective relationships across teams and levels. You bring a positive, can-do attitude, and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You are curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow your skills while contributing to the success of the events team.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and supporting on-site event execution when required.
- Strong creative mindset with an interest to create “wow” moments through events and creative event marketing
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and get things done
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are crucial for success in this role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable learning new technology and adopting processes. After all, we are a software company
- Familiarity with event or marketing platforms such as: On24, Cvent, Asana, Marketo & Salesforce
- Resourcefulness & initiative-approach projects and tasks with a self-starter mindset, ability to self-manage and utilize all available resources to seek guidance when necessary.
- 10% travel required

Base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Base Pay Range: $56,900 - $68,100 + Annual bonus
