Roles & Responsibilities

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field, with at least 2 years of experience as Sr. Manager Analytics or related occupation.
  • 2+ years of experience with R, Python or SAS, SPSS and SQL, including multivariate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regression.
  • Experience applying multivariate data mining techniques on unstructured business problems and explaining/presenting advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to develop, test, and evaluate marketing analytics tools; develop project plans/roadmaps; manage day-to-day tasks; meet deadlines; and develop dashboards to evaluate marketing performance and provide enhancement recommendations.

  • Lead validation activities such as model design, execution, assessment, data review, and campaign/marketing performance evaluation.
  • Utilize statistical and digital analytics tools (SAS, R, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, DMP insight tools) and techniques (regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, factor analysis) to drive analysis.
  • Conduct time-series forecasting, develop and deliver marketing data, reporting, and analytics insights to support campaigns, and present actionable recommendations.

  • Collaborate with Customer Analytics and Data Sciences teams to formulate industry-best-practice analytic solutions
  • Contribute to a variety of validation activities such as model design, execution, assessment, data review and campaign/marketing performance evaluation
  • Utilize statistical and digital analytics tools including SAS, R, SQL, Tableau, Micro strategy, Adobe analytics, Google analytics, and DMP insight tools and statistical techniques including regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and factor analysis
  • Conduct time-series forecasting to drive and execute data analysis and manage timely delivery of marketing data/reporting and analytics insights in support of marketing campaigns
  • Solve business problems by making actionable recommendations and developing and packaging analytical solutions
  • Generate and manipulate digital data using systems and processes including media type web, ad, email, and mobile
  • Develop, write, and present variety of strategic marketing analytics recommendations and projects including customer profiling, lifecycle analysis, campaign test design, dashboard reporting, market basket analysis, product recommendations, and customer segmentation to identify new marketing opportunities for client accounts
  • Anticipate project risks and constraints and work on solutions to address
  • Lead a team to complete large analytical projects
  • Manage and mentor junior analysts
  • Conduct quantitative marketing analyses of marketing effectiveness and build models to segment customer population
  • May supervise one professional direct report in the Sr. Manager, Analytics position.

Must have 2 years of experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks:

  • R, Python or SAS, SPSS and SQL, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regression
  • Using multi-variate data mining techniques on unstructured business problems
  • Explaining and presenting advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
  • Developing, testing, and evaluating marketing analytics tools
  • Developing project plans, program plans, or overall roadmaps
  • Managing individual and team day-to-day tasks
  • Meeting project deadlines
  • Developing reporting and dashboards to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for enhancement

Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field and at least 2 years of experience as a Sr. Manager Analytics or related occupation.

Remote option to work from home available.

Up to 20% domestic travel required. 

The annual salary range for this position is $167,149 to $190,500/year.
