POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inside Sales Representative sells the organization’s commercial products and services for prospective and established customers. Whether on the phone, through email, or any other communication channels, ISRIS handles customers’ requirements by determining what they need, answering questions, creating solutions and ensuring a smooth and quick sales process. ISRIS is responsible for meeting established sales quotas, acquiring new customers, growing sales with current customers and increasing customer satisfaction. Must be knowledgeable of the organization’s policies, procedures, practices, products and services.
The Inside Sales Representative partners with Industrial & Highway Sales team to help drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer, distributors and contractor relationships. Work as part of a team to make dealers, distributors and contractors aware of upcoming price changes, training, literature availability and ensure they are happy with the products and services.
