Position Overview
The Reliability and Maintenance Manager supports the implementation of a sustainable reliability program across H.B. Fuller’s specialty chemical operations. This role leads maintenance strategy, asset management, and continuous improvement efforts aligned with global objectives. The position partners with plant teams to enhance equipment performance, safety, and long-term operational efficiency.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead development and execution of a companywide reliability and maintenance roadmap.

  • Establish and guide cross-functional teams to support reliability initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate asset documentation and CMMS structure.

  • Implement PM, CBM, and RCFA processes to improve equipment performance.

  • Deploy predictive maintenance technologies on critical systems.

  • Track KPIs such as availability, OEE, MTBF, and schedule compliance.

  • Provide training that supports a reliability-focused culture.

  • Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and investment justification.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • 10+ years of reliability, maintenance, or asset management experience in manufacturing.

  • Proficiency with CMMS tools, reliability methods, and OSHA/safety compliance.

  • Experience leading teams and implementing structured reliability programs.

  • Authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Requirements

  • Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CMRP, CRE, Lean Six Sigma).

  • Experience with predictive analytics or digital maintenance technologies.

  • Familiarity with condition-monitoring tools.

  • Background developing long-term asset management strategies.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $145,000-$175,000.
