Job Summary: The Salesforce Developer is a mid-to-senior individual contributor within ProCrewz's engineering organization, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce-based solutions across the platform. This role spans core product areas including payroll processing, invoicing, job workflow, DevOps/CI-CD pipeline management, and predictive scheduling — supporting sports broadcast labor staffing operations for our clients.


General Duties/Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions across assigned pods using Apex, LWC, Flows, and integrations
  • Own delivery of features and enhancements within the Payroll & Invoicing, Scheduling, and Event Execution workstreams
  • Support CI/CD pipeline operations including Gearset deployments, sandbox management, and release coordination
  • Build and maintain job workflow automation, predictive estimation logic, and shift calculation features
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and QA on story refinement, acceptance criteria, and defect resolution
  • Document technical work, contribute to knowledge bases in Confluence, and support KT processes
  • Participate in sprint ceremonies and cross-pod engineering coordination
  • Contribute to platform reliability and scalability in alignment with SDLC standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows)
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform fundamentals including data model, security model, and governor limits
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and deployment tooling (Gearset or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently across multiple concurrent workstreams with minimal supervision
  • Strong collaboration skills; comfortable working with Product Managers and QA in an agile environment
  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I, or equivalent) (Preferred)
  • Experience with payroll, invoicing, or workforce management platforms (Preferred)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, or infrastructure management (Preferred)
  • Background in sports media, broadcast production, or live events industry (Preferred)

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$152,000, plus benefits as applicable. This position is not eligible for stocks and/or stock options. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
