El investigador se encarga de apoyar, coordinar y supervisar todo lo relacionado con las necesidades de seguridad de las tiendas, atender los servicios técnicos, velar por que todos los dispositivos de seguridad funcionen correctamente, supervisar que se lleven a cabo protocolos de seguridad para la seguridad del personal y los bienes de las tiendas, así como realizar investigaciones internas en caso de incumplimiento de los procesos.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

•   Visitas diarias a tiendas para validar el correcto funcionamiento de los dispositivos de seguridad y reforzar protocolos de prevención con el personal de tienda;
•   Supervisión de servicios de guardias tanto diurnos como nocturnos mediante los canales de patrullaje;
•   Realizar investigaciones internas sobre faltas de probidad, desapego a procesos y denuncias anónimas en tiendas;
•   Realizar análisis de riesgos para tiendas nuevas y ya establecidas con la finalidad de recomendar medidas preventidas y disuasivas.
•   Atención y canalización con los diferentes proveedores de servicios técnicos solicitados por las tiendas (plataforma SERVICECHANNEL);
•   Apoyo en las sucursales por desastres naturales.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•   02 años de experiencia en investigaciones de fraudes, análisis de riesgos, supervision de guardias de seguridad.
•   Estudiante universitario de carreras relacionadas en el ámbito de la seguridad, criminología y/o criminaística y/o psicología.
•   Experiencia en atención de emergencias.
•   Disponibilidad de horario y de viajar
