About this Role:
As an International Software Trainer, you will be part of a team delivering lessons and training services for the assigned projects. You will lead in person and remote training courses focused on software applications and business processes. Some travel required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and research lessons and client industries prior to training
- Effectively teach in-person and remote instructor-led, hands-on training courses focused on software applications and core business processes, deploying a variety of teaching methods, including delivering and grading course activities/examinations
- Help update existing courses and proofread new ones
- Ensure professional, polished deliverables are presented to our clients and internal employees
- Bring your real-world experiences, business knowledge, and unique point of view and share it with your Consertus team
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Ability to learn complex topics in a short timeframe, using materials provided, watching others teach, personal research and self-study
- 2-3 years’ experience implementing or supporting large enterprise level applications (like Project Management, ERP, or other complex cost and project management solutions)
- 2-3 years’ experience teaching in person ILT or VILT classes for large enterprise level and/or complex topics in a business environment
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, facilitation and public speaking skills; you are confident, clear, succinct and courteous
- Ability to effectively explain complex topics in a variety of ways to successfully impart knowledge to a variety of audiences
- Ability to motivate others, staying patient and up-beat
- Proficient in all MS Office products (especially PowerPoint)
- Goal-oriented, self-directed and motivated, requiring very little oversight and direction
- Dynamic, positive personality, comfortable working in an ever changing, fluid environment
- Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia, 6-8 times per year, staying 2-3 weeks at a time
- Ability to travel in the US and teach on-site courses as needed, or deliver VILT courses for a variety of time zones
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, education or relevant field
- Proficient in English (speaking, reading and writing)
