  • Meet sales goals and activities as indicated by the National Inside Sales Manager; execute daily sales calls to existing customers with emphasis on selling rolls and quantities of carpet, samples, displays, cushion, adhesive, and related floor products; educate customers on residential product labels (including Shaw Floors and Philly Commercial).
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and RVPs to ensure strategic execution, understand national and local promotions, and stay up-to-date on market trends.
  • Listen to dealers' business needs and provide recommendations, solutions, and product information daily; maintain deep knowledge of residential product offerings.

Position Overview

Increase sales revenue with designated Shaw Residential. Nurture business relationships to build trust and confidence in our company and salesforce. Establish a positive relationship with salesforce to maintain an appropriate level of service for this customer base.  

Overview: 

Account Success Managers contribute to the success of Shaw Industries by possessing a thorough understanding of product knowledge, selling strategies, and customer service for assigned geographic territory(ies). Account Success Managers display a positive attitude and project a willingness to help, while consistently providing accurate information to the consumer. Account Success Managers are responsible for growing business and maintaining excellence by managing pricing, product inquiries, and selling opportunities.  

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Grow assigned accounts relative to Divisional sales volume and goal, product availability, and market share.  

  • This is accomplished through the development of good relationships with the customers, Territory Managers, RVP’s, and DVP ’s based on knowledge, service, trust, and integrity.  

  • Listen and learn our dealers’ business and need to provide recommendations, solutions, and product information on a daily basis.  

  • Must meet sales goals and activities as indicated and determined by the National Inside Sales Manager.  

  • Collaborate with Territory Managers and RVP’s to ensure strategic execution, understand national and local promotions, and stay up-to-date on market trends.  

  • Responsible for selling and promoting all residential product labels, including but not limited to, Shaw Floors and Philly Commercial and educating customers on these products. 

  • Must have a deep knowledge of residential product offerings.  

  • Execute daily sales calls to existing customers with special emphasis on the sale of rolls and quantities of carpet, samples, displays, cushion, adhesive, and related floor products.  

  • Must continually develop a keen awareness of what is happening within their designated geographic area.  

  • Prepare and communicate periodic sales reports outlining actual sales information and goals, competitive market conditions and product needs.  

  • Analyze sales statistics by reviewing computer reports specific to his/her territory to aid in formulating goals and to assist dealers in promoting sales.  

Position Requirements  

  • High School Diploma/GED required. Associate degree or higher education preferred.  

  • 2+ years of sales experience or B.S. in Marketing or related field.  

  • Ability to learn Salesforce, and other Shaw systems necessary for the position.
