About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Administrator to support the Global Drug Safety department. This is a part‑time role (0.5 FTE DPC) and would suit a recent graduate, early‑career professional, or intern looking to gain experience in a corporate or regulated environment.
No previous Pharmacovigilance experience is required. The role is fully focused on administrative and coordination activities, and training will be provided where needed.
Main Purpose of the Role
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Global Drug Safety department as required.
- Support project and department‑related activities in line with internal procedures and management direction.
- Assist with delegated administrative tasks to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Work collaboratively across functions and with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Administrative Responsibilities
Administrative support may include, but is not limited to:
- Prepare, format, edit, file and archive documents in accordance with good documentation practice and the Arriello quality system.
- Maintain and update project and functional documents, including templates, tables, reports, manuals and plans.
- Support report preparation and training administration, including training records and filing.
- Maintain Global Drug Safety departmental trackers, databases and project files.
- Monitor and manage company and project safety mailboxes.
- Provide administrative support to Global Drug Safety staff across projects and processes.
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors as required.
- Support compliance monitoring activities through data collection and report preparation.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, systems and quality standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role or performing administrative tasks for a minimum of six months to one year.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Experience using document management or collaboration tools such as SharePoint is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Confident written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A proactive and positive approach to work.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
