Real Geeks looking for a hands-on sales leader to build, coach, and elevate a team of Account Executives in a fast-moving SaaS environment.
This is not a “sit back and manage” role. This is a player-coach position for someone who thrives in the details – coaching reps, improving conversion rates, and driving daily performance.
If you love turning good reps into great ones, building a high-performance culture, and winning as a team, this role is for you.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping our next phase of growth, building a team that performs at a high level, supports each other, and consistently wins.
This is a remote-work opportunity, ideal for candidates in or near Dallas, TX or Atlanta, GA.
