Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join a telehealth care team serving clients throughout Louisiana. This position focuses on helping clients improve relationships, manage conflict, strengthen communication, and work through personal or family-related challenges. You’ll provide consistent clinical care through scheduled virtual sessions, offering practical support that helps clients make meaningful progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Complete intake assessments and identify client goals
• Create treatment plans based on client needs and clinical best practices
• Help clients develop coping strategies, communication skills, and healthier relationship patterns
• Document sessions clearly and in compliance with clinical standards
• Maintain client confidentiality and follow all telehealth privacy guidelines
• Participate in care coordination when appropriate

Requirements

• Active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Louisiana
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Strong understanding of ethical, legal, and clinical documentation requirements
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
