Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and structuring of management systems and processes.
  • Define, structure, and monitor OKRs and KPIs at organizational and departmental levels.
  • Define and manage cost centers, allocate them to the P&L, and monitor financial efficiency.
  • Conduct internal audits of administrative and financial processes to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Importante compañía BPO de servicios globales, tecnología y procesos, se encuentra en la búsqueda de su Controller de Gestión y Performance Operacional , quien liderará la implementación de sistemas de seguimiento, la definición de OKRs y el control financiero y operativo.


¿Qué harás en esta posición?

  • Liderar la implementación, estructuración.
  • Definir, estructurar y dar seguimiento a OKRs y KPIs a nivel organizacional y por área.
  • Definir y gestionar centros de costos, su asignación al P&L y realizar el seguimiento de la eficiencia financiera.
  • Realizar auditorías internas sobre procesos administrativos y financieros para identificar riesgos y oportunidades de mejora.
  • Identificar e implementar oportunidades de automatización en procesos operativos y de reporting (RPA, IA)
  • Asegurar la alineación transversal entre las áreas de Operaciones, Finanzas, Comercial, Marketing y Tecnología.

¿Qué Requisitos debes tener?

  • Profesional con más de 10 años de experiencia en control de gestión, operaciones, finanzas o roles similares.
  • Experiencia comprobada implementando y gestionando herramientas de gestión,
  • Conocimiento indispensable en plataforma:  Monday.com
  • Experiencia en entornos internacionales de alto volumen en sectores de BPO o tecnología.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel (indispensable) 
  • Inglés C1 (oral y escrito)
