Position Summary

Pagosa Springs Medical Center (PSMC) is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality & Regulatory Reporting Analyst to support our Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.

This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and submitting data for federal and state quality reporting programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission. The Analyst collaborates closely with leadership and clinical departments to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and support improvement initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with healthcare quality, informatics, or clinical experience seeking a flexible, part-time role with high organizational impact.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Reporting & Compliance

  • Communicate updates to regulatory requirements and reporting expectations
