Job Description:

Manages highly complex and sensitive procurement programs, leads negotiations, and provides authoritative guidance. You will be providing acquisition, interagency agreement, and federal financial assistance support for MCC operations in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and other applicable laws.

Key Duties:

• Oversee major procurement programs and initiatives.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve disputes.
• Provide technical assistance and guidance to MCC staff.
• Manage contract administration for long-term, technical service contracts.
• Mentor and guide less experienced team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree AND 24 semester hours in relevant fields.
• 8+ years federal contracting experience
• Desired: FAC-C (Professional), DAWIA, or equivalent certifications.

• Customer satisfaction and innovation.
• Effective workload management.

Work Location & Schedule:

• Primary Location: Remote
• Onsite Requirements: None; 100% Remote
