Would you like to play a key role in shaping how a global brand is experienced across an entire organization? In this role, you will bridge strategy and execution, turning brand direction into practical solutions that strengthen consistency and quality. Come and join us!
Terma is growing fast: new colleagues, new capabilities and new business areas, in a security landscape where how we show up matters more than ever. We are updating our corporate visual identity, strengthening our brand strategy, and sharpening our positioning and value propositions. This work needs strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and practical tools that people will actually use.
We are looking for a Brand & Visual Identity Manager who can take ownership of that build, translating brand direction into templates, assets, systems and simple governance that ensure Terma’s brand is distinct, consistent and usable across the organization.
Your role in our team
As Brand & Visual Identity Manager, you will take hands-on ownership of how Terma’s brand is built and applied in practice. Your job is to make the brand distinct, consistent and usable across the organization, so it strengthens our strategy and ambition and helps colleagues communicate clearly and credibly.
You will work closely with senior communication leadership on brand direction, positioning and value propositions, and you will translate that direction into practical tools, assets and standards that people actually use. This is a hands-on role combining strong brand judgement with practical delivery, in close collaboration with colleagues across Communication, Marketing and Sales, business stakeholders and external partners.
We take the work seriously, but not ourselves. Curiosity, humor, and a bit of creative play are part of how we build a strong brand.
Your key responsibilities include:
CVI renewal and rollout (core ownership)
-
- Drive the development and rollout of Terma’s updated corporate visual identity: color system, iconography, templates and core design components.
- Build, maintain and improve the template ecosystem, including PowerPoint master template and slide library (and related templates where relevant).
- Identify inconsistencies across materials and touchpoints and drive pragmatic fixes aligned with agreed standards.
- Support consistent brand execution across priority digital, print and physical touchpoints (including office/physical brand elements), in collaboration with relevant internal teams and suppliers.
Brand strategy, positioning and value propositions
-
- Contribute to brand strategy and positioning work by turning strategic inputs into practical outputs: message architecture, proof points, narrative building blocks and examples.
- Support the development of value propositions through research, stakeholder input and structured documentation that strengthens clarity and consistency.
- Help ensure brand direction works across real use cases: different audiences, markets, and Business Areas.
Campaign support
-
- Partner and support Marketing on launches and campaigns by producing on-brand assets and ensuring consistent execution across web, campaign materials and social.
- Provide visual brand input to website design and page standards to support a coherent and credible brand experience.
Brand governance and “single source of truth”
-
- Own and maintain the brand asset library/database (templates, icons, logos, imagery and components) with clear structure and version control.
- Maintain practical guidelines and “how to use” examples that increase adoption and reduce friction for teams.
- Coordinate with external agencies/freelancers on defined design and asset tasks when relevant.
Photo sessions and image assets
-
- Plan and coordinate photo sessions end-to-end (briefs, shot lists, logistics and suppliers).
- Build and maintain an image library that is usable, current and aligned with the brand.
- Bring your world-class expertise into play
Bring your world class expertise into play
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are looking for a colleague with the following qualifications:
-
- Typically 5 - 8+ years of experience in brand, visual identity or design-led roles.
- Strong understanding of how brand supports clarity and credibility in complex B2B environments.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong presentation design capability (mandatory).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working with templates, guidelines, asset libraries and visual systems.
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and deliverables with structure, pace and attention to detail.
As a person, you have strong taste and a sharp eye for detail, and you care about consistency without becoming “brand police.” You are a hands-on builder who turns brand direction into templates, assets and systems that teams can use with confidence. You combine high standards with pragmatism, take ownership and move work forward, and create structure in complex environments through clear guidance, collaboration and strong delivery.
