About the Role

We're seeking a proactive Office Administrator to manage daily operations, handle inbound sales inquiries, and provide excellent customer service for our US-based company. This role requires someone who can juggle multiple responsibilities while maintaining professionalism and staying calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage inbound calls, provide accurate quotes, and coordinate employee dispatch
  • Follow up on invoices, estimates, and customer communications to ensure timely responses
  • Build and maintain organized systems using Excel and other tools
  • Support social media content creation (Canva experience is a plus)
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks and data entry as needed
  • Manage unpredictable client queries and complaints with emotional intelligence and professionalism
