Job description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online presence, generate leads, and manage digital media efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media management, SEO and website coordination, social media engagement, lead generation, and event outreach. This role will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand brand reach, engage audiences, and support business development.

NOTE: Candidates must be proficient in both English and Spanish, spoken and written. Only resumes in English will be considered. This application is open to individuals who permanently reside in any Latin American country.

Responsibilities:

Digital Media Management

  • Manage the digital media team contract and schedule in-person studio time.
  • Oversee reporting and ensure digital media assets are integrated into the social media calendar for timely posting.

SEO and Website Management

  • Coordinate with the SEO team to oversee website performance and Google My Business profile.
  • Schedule monthly review meetings to analyze metrics like website traffic and user engagement.
  • Write blog posts and provide content to the SEO team for publication.

Social Media Management

  • Maintain and engage with our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
  • Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and repost relevant content to foster community engagement.

LinkedIn Development

  • Develop and enhance LinkedIn profile to build a strong professional network and increase visibility.

Email Marketing and CRM

  • Create lead magnets and execute drip campaigns within the CRM.
  • Coordinate content for email marketing initiatives to nurture leads and drive conversions.

Lead Generation and Tracking

  • Track lead sources and monitor client intake.
  • Research referral sources and schedule meetings to connect with key contacts.

Speaking Engagements

  • Identify and research speaking and podcast opportunities.
  • Prepare pitches and suggest relevant events for client to participate as a speaker or panelist.

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
    • 2+ years of experience in digital media, social media management, or content marketing.
    • Proficiency in SEO, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms.
    • Strong writing skills for content creation and communication.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in setting up strategic partnerships.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
