If driving is required, valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and access to a vehicle

Requirements:

Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and substance use challenges
Promote a safe and healthy living environment and assist with daily activities
Help individuals achieve personal outcomes and increase independence through supportive activities
Assist with transportation for individuals as required

Job description

We are hiring for:

Direct Support Professional-Waiver/Part Time/Mon (9:30am-2:30pm) & Tues (7:30am-12:30pm)

Positions that require driving Proof of driver's license, driver's insurance, and vehicle, IF required for providing transportation for individuals.
