OCM Lead Consultant (Organizational Change Management)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced OCM Lead Consultant to drive organizational change initiatives across transformation programs. This role will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems (e.g., SAP), and ways of working.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies for large-scale transformation programs.
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop engagement plans to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Define and execute communication strategies, including messaging, campaigns, and leadership alignment.
  • Develop and oversee training strategies and materials to support end-user adoption.
  • Drive change impact assessments and readiness evaluations across business units.
  • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and KPIs.
  • Identify and mitigate resistance to change through structured interventions.
  • Collaborate with project teams (PMO, Functional, Technical) to ensure OCM integration across all phases.
  • Support leadership with coaching and change sponsorship activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or related field.
  • 7–10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
  • Proven experience leading OCM initiatives in large-scale transformation programs (SAP, ERP, or digital transformations).
  • Strong knowledge of OCM frameworks and methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
  • Experience in stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Prosci Change Management or similar.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA or cloud transformations.
  • Background in consulting environments.
  • Experience working in global, multi-cultural organizations.
