As a Senior Conversion Analyst, you’ll be at the center of our client onboarding and processing operations partnering with internal teams, clients, and third-party vendors to ensure the Fiserv system runs with precision and reliability. You’ll dive deep into platform configuration across the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest logic, and Rewards structures, applying your expertise to optimize functionality and troubleshoot complex system challenges.
You will also oversee the full lifecycle of system conversions, playing a critical role in delivering seamless client implementations. From analyzing source and target data to validating file structures and coordinating with cross-functional teams, you will safeguard data integrity and ensure every conversion is accurate, timely, and disruption-free.
